While exploring new Orleans with some friends, i happened to run into New Orleans public belt locomotive 3001 running through a heavily populated tourist area. People stared at the train in awe as it ran through the street, seemingly out of place, with the new Orleans trolley running along it. This train had gone the other way about 2 hours before.
